All Front-Office operations are handled through the reservation, front desk, housekeeping, loyalty and Guest Ledger..

  • Reservations: Manage reservations, rooming lists and channel allocations, as well as, configure rates, packages, markets and channels.
  • Front Desk : Track expected arrivals, departures and guests in house. Perform Check In, Check Out, Cancellation, Restate and No Show, in addition to bulk operations.
  • Housekeeping: Manage housekeeping and maintenance state of all rooms through bulk actions and personalized task-list management.
  • Loyalty Program: Customer loyalty points can be acquired and redeemed in Front Office operations based on a configurable scheme.
  • Guest Ledger: Front-Office revenues reflect into the financial Back-End upon night turn while automatically breaking down packages and taxes.
